'The breakfast was wonderful and the room was very comfortable'

'Rooms were very clean, breakfast was one of the best we have had at any hotel. Jolee at the front desk was very helpful with what to do in the area. Only downside was the pool was out of order part of our stay.'

'I ended up at this hotel when the hotel that I was to stay at canceled my reservation the day that I was to arrive. John went above and beyond to answer any questions and help in any way he could. The food was outstanding. The bar/restaurant was very comfortable. The Marguerita’s were awesome. The room was very clean and comfortable. Everyone that I encountered was very professional and helpful. The pool / hot tub was beautiful. Highly recommended.'

'Our first mistake was booking through Expedia. When you book through a third party, the property is limited on what they can do. But we had a rough experience. The room they gave us smelled strongly of must and cigarette. So I asked to move rooms but they told me they were completely booked out. So I asked for an air purifier and then they told me they had a downgraded room we could have. So we took it. We've stayed at this property before and had a better experience but this one was garbage....
