Having the toilet separated from the vanity was a huge plus with our whole family sharing and trying to get ready. Staff was super nice and helpful. 'Had a pleasant stay at Comfort Inn University in Buffalo. The location was very convenient for our personal needs with plenty of outside parking. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the bed provided a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety of options and was a great way to start the day. The bathroom had excellent water pressure, which was a nice...

'Staff was helpful. We arrived about an hour early before checkin and were accommodated. All staff we interacted with were friendly. The hotel seemed dated. Pool was cold and the bottom of the pool all cracked. We went to the bar area in the evening, maybe 8pm- no one to be seen and lights off. Amenities disappointing.'
