'Everything was amazing! Great mountain view! I highly highly recommend this place! It is clean and new and quiet area. The only reason I gave lower stars is I never got an answer when I contacted the owners via the Expedia app nor by texting them with the number provided by Expedia. The other reason I gave a lower star is because the window and patio door could not be let opened since there were no screens. It would of been nice to be able to let the mountain air come in as we are not AC fans....

'The most disappointing was the view from our room. We were not told that there would be construction happening right outside our room at the time of our stay. This was disappointing for the price we paid. Finally, the people behind the counter were wonderful but had very little knowledge about the surrounding area. I couldn't connect the expedia reservation to a new VRBO account and communicating through expedia with the host was complicated. The solve was to message the host in expedia and then suddenly in the message window the check-in process is revealed and the hosts cell#. 'Very clean, comfortable room'

'It was the worst accommodation ever. There was no parking spot that was supposed to be provided, and the owner didn't contact and show up. When contacted after several attempts, they told us to find our own parking spot by myself and do street parking. Street parking was also full. Even though we had a contract for accommodation including a set parking spot. When we said it was different from the contract, they got angry and threatened..'
