'I got this VRBO for my wedding weekend for my bridesmaids and I. At the time of the booking I did not have a place for our rehearsal dinner and the listing said that we would have events at the VRBO. I reached out and they wanted to charge me as if everyone was going to be spending the night at the house when in reality they were not going to. 'One positive is the communication response time was very good when we had problems. But the door code did not work, the AC did not work, the toilet could not pass a simple building inspection - too close to wall - could not sit down on toilet facing forward without banging arm against the wall and knees could not fit in front either?!!! I am only 5'9" tall- NOT a big person. Also, toilet is too low- 13" off the floor.'
