'Ryan & Mel were fantastic managers. Good communicators, helpful, & very professional. The house was ABSOLUTELY spotlessly clean. Everything you could imagine is provided. The house is comfortable, cozy & conveniently located. And the nearby traintracks was not an issue at all. It's a no horn zone & I actually found the clacking on the rails quite soothing & looked forward to the next passing train. And I could go on & on about the comfortable bed. Oh my! 'We stayed the weekend leading up to the Chiefs Monday night game and loved the location. It’s minutes away from both the Plaza and the Power & Light District. We loved the decor and the setup was perfect for our kids to stay downstairs while we took the master upstairs. '

'We loved staying at the Waldo house. The house is so RETRO, whole house clean, bed rooms quaint, the bathroom was big and accommodating (nice hand shower) the kitchen was big and functional. So happy we stayed there and will again since we have family close. '

'Our family of 4 came to town for a KC Royals and KC Current game. The location of this house was perfect. The house was clean and cute. The beds were comfy and the main bathroom was spacious so several of us could get ready at one time. We’d definitely stay here again. The host responded quickly. '

'From the beginning, the communication with Boris was great. He was always quick to respond.The property was perfect for our needs. The pictures of the outside of the property were a little deceiving. It seemed a little unkempt so we were concerned about the inside however, the inside is nicely decorated and clean.Our only complaint was that there were several simple maintenance items and additions that could be improved to make the property an even better experience. 'Great clear communications, easy check-in, SUPER easy check-out :). Every convenience you'd expect in a large home yet in a compact space without it appearing crowded. Amazing how they have a bed, couch with lounger, large TV, hidden full sized washer and dryer AND kitchen in one pleasant efficient space. Super cute updated bath. Nice and cool despite record heat & humidity. Our only regret is that we weren't around enough to use the porch, deck or yard.'
