Guests staying in these apartments need to walk or drive across Atlantic Avenue to reach our oceanfront pool and the beach.

The Base Rate for 2 guests (double occupancy) will display in our listing. There is an additional fee of $20 plus tax per night for each additional guest.

Apartment across the street

Very cute bottom floor apt! Kinda disappointed the lights in the bedrooms were not ceiling fans. The TV in the living room needs to be way bigger kinda hard to watch a 12 inch TV. Otherwise I’d give the place an A the location is good. The pool and area was very nice easy access to the beach. plenty of chairs for the pool checking in was a breeze checking out was a breeze IHOP in walking distance surf and style right next-door was convenient. 711 in walking distance was very nice and convenient.. I would rent that vrbo out again although the downfall is being so close to the road, and the road is so busy and loud at night when you’re trying to go to sleep.

Clean and Great Location

Topic Manor was a nice place. It was clean, comfortable, and the location is great near the ocean, the Speedway, and various bars and restaurants. The only reasons I didn't give it a 5-star rating is that the shower pressure is a little weak, the street lights shine in through the windows (that have wooden blinds), and the noise from the road is a little loud. Otherwise, the check-in was efficient, and he employee was very nice. The information you are given at check-in is very helpful.

LOVED IT!!

Booked it for my family and small dog. They were so accommodating and had a small grass area next to the property which made it perfect for the pup. The pool was great and the beach access was extremely easy. There are several places to eat within walking distance. It was a very comfortable stay and will definitely stay again

Centrally located

The house was great and worked well for our two dogs. There is a large grassy area to walk them. It is right on A1A highway so you do hear the road traffic at night. We came for bike week so that’s a lot of motorcycles going by! But the checkin was easy, it is owned by the hotel across the street so easy communication. Walkable to a grocery store, restaurants and 7-11.

Surf camp

We go yearly to Ho Daddy O’s surf camp and rent a place every year. This was the best one yet. The location was perfectly located in the middle of everything. I highly recommend and will return here.

Definitely beach themed inside and out. Was a really great place to stay. Got there pretty late and the receptionist was nothing but pleasant. My daughter n I were there for Rockville which was only a 15 minute drive at most, my parents came with to relax, the receptionist told me of they needed anything at all to let her know and she would help them out, which i really appreciated. Lights were all on, ac was on which was nice as it was pretty warm out. Overall had a great stay and nothing bad to say at all!!

Clean, relaxing vacation away from the main bustle

Apartment was across the street from the Tropical Manor hotel which managed the property. Both hotel and apartment was beautifully painted and decorated in a similar fashion. Amenities like access to pool and beach were available at the hotel. Apartment was clean and well maintained with parking for 2 cars. Check in and check out was easy and staff was friendly! Will do again and maybe stay at Tropical Manor too!

Nice little two bedroom

Definitely very clean place as most people said . It was across from the ocean but short walk to the beach. The tub drain was a little slow and their was no remote in the bedroom that had a TV but overall it’s not much you can say bad about this place. The place seems like Someone loved it enough to make really nice remodeling to this place. I’ve stayed at other places that needed remodeling and nobody seems to care enough to do it but I can tell this place was took really good care of .Too bad more people buy property and don’t really care what value they give to their customers I can tell these people do. Great Stay!

A fantastic location!

Having the pool and the beach just across the street was great! Yes, you do have to cross a busy road but it wasn’t that difficult. It was also very convenient having the 7-11, IHOP and grocery store right nearby. The property was comfortable and exactly what we needed. And I truly appreciate how the property manager handled our situation when the A/C went out, even though it was completely out of their control. Thank you again!

Lovely stay, very friendly staff

We enjoyed our stay here overall and particularly appreciated the friendly and helpful staff that went out of their way to support us. The one issue we had with this place is the lack of reliable internet, which we needed to log in to work at times. However, the owner was very kind and assertive, and helped us set up a space with more reliable internet when we needed it. In the end, we had a lovely time and enjoyed being close to the beach and exploring the area. Thank you for our stay!

New Years at Daytona

Check in was seamless. My experience was wonderful! All the employees were so friendly and helpful. Family of 5 w/ the grandpup. This 2 bedroom was wonderful. I absolutely loved the location, located right in Daytona Beach Shores but we walked for pizza, ice cream, putt putt, for groceries at the Winn Dixie, essential items at the DG, although the pool & beach is across A1A (a major highway) but traffic wasn’t terrible (my kids are teenagers). I definitely will return to this spot.
