Cancellation Policy:
Guest is required to pay $100 refundable security deposit upon booking. Cancelling 60 days or more prior to arrival results in 100 % refund of deposit. Cancelling 30 days prior to arrival results in 50% refund of deposit. Final payment is due two weeks before arrival.
