- This unit does not have a balcony, but it offers stunning oceanfront views through large picture windows
- This is a privately owned condo; hotel-style services and amenities are not guaranteed
- Portions of the resort are being renovated & you may hear noise from construction projects
- Please bring your own beach towels, as bath towels from the unit are not permitted on the beach
- A mandatory $10 per day resort fee (covering WiFi, pool, beach access & parking for 1 vehicle) is paid on-site via credit card at the lobby kiosk
- Guests must obtain a permit at the lobby kiosk by entering their vehicle license plate number; additional parking permits are available for $10 per day and are subject to availability
- Trailers and oversized vehicles are strictly prohibited on the property and subject to being towed
- The pool is open year-round but may close periodically for maintenance
