« This is a new property so it's very clean still. However the young lady who checked us in was not helpful at all. She literally watched me carrying stuff in and trying to figure out how to use the key (which in on the wall not on the door) and dropping things and offered no assistance. She then charged us $150 when we asked for towels. That $150 took talking to the manager and 6 days to get back. We were also charged the incidentals fee of $150. « Breathtaking views. Get the balcony room! Lunch buffet was delicious and well done. Service is fantastic. Water pressure was amazing. Nice hot showers, comfortable beds and pillows. Wish the rooms had a microwave and wish the resort had a pool. There is a microwave available by the ice machine on level 3 though. The hiking and water falls in the area are the best around! »

« Hotel tout simple accolé à l'Outlet, et proche du Walmarkt ainsi que des réstos petit déjeuné franchement pas top ( mais dunkin donuts à coté... ouf ) les moquettes sont vraiment "cra-cra" il faudrait songer à les changer ! Si non, très grande chambre et très très grands lits »
