'Love, love, love, the staff, the room, the DJ! What took away a star was the menu (sushi grade salmon on the bagel instead of smoked was definitely a fail and i ordered 3... terrible) and size of the "infinity pool". The cocktails and mocks were amazing. Juices were great. Service staff outstanding as said before. Definitely coming back just having food elsewhere. Please just enhance the menu a make it much larger and room service please. I would love to treat this destination as a full on...

'Hotel is very nice, spacious and clean. Beds and bedding were excellent. Shuttle from hotel to oceanfront is amazing. But they don't treat Expedia check-ins well. Check-in was at 4pm, we arrived at 2:40- fully expected that we may have to wait until 4pm. After visiting the front desk 4 different times, they "found" us a room at 5:45pm. The woman who actually got us a room told me that they "couldn't be flexible" because we booked through Expedia, and not Hilton.'

'Mattresses were uncomfortable even tho Bed linens were very nice. Our bathroom needed a deep cleaning in corners and edges where surfaces meet. We were out of hand soap by the first full day and it wasn't refilled. Knob from balcony door fell off in my hand. Lady at the front desk at checkout was rude and seemed annoyed that I tried to interact to verify my room charges and never offered an invoice. 'I was very disappointed with my recent stay. The hotel completely ran out of bath towels because they only received half of their linen delivery. My family and I had to dry off with beach towels after showering, which is simply unacceptable for a Hilton property. While the front desk did credit my valet parking, I don’t believe that adequately addressed the inconvenience. At a minimum, I feel a 50% refund or a complimentary future stay would have been a more appropriate resolution. I have always...

'Someone came into my room, replaced my towels, made my bed but supposedly my room wasn’t to be serviced. Manager said it might be it was an “add on” but front desk staff told me they always do towels on third day. My daughter had her pillow there with pink tie dye pottery barn pillowcase. They took off her pillowcase and replaced with a white one! I let them know immediately but they said it was a mistake and probably in laundry. Well they never found it. My bed was obviously made and new towels...

'I like this hotel that's why I came back. But this time I had a bad experience with Expedia who charged me extra $115 in hidden fees never disclose to me. As a client I think you company should be paying to them that fees for bringing clients to you. Not us.'

'The last time I stayed here my refrigerator in the room was turned down as low as it could go and it froze all the food I took. Could not eat it. Told the staff about it and they could have cared less. Heard other people say the same about the room refrigerator. This time my room air conditioner made so much extra noise I couldn’t sleep. If I fell a sleep it would wake me up when it turned on. Once again I told the front desk and once again they could care less. I will never stay there again!'
