Where Uptown makes a splash with its hip restaurants, cool hangouts, trendy boutiques, and walkability and Highland Park exudes wealth and quiet sophistication, there's a Dallas neighborhood that strikes the perfect balance between the two: Oak Lawn. This fun-loving neighborhood is best known for its events, in particular its annual Halloween party and its Pride Parade. Cedar Springs Road is lined with shops, restaurants, and nightclubs and the beautiful Turtle Creek provides a tree-filled path for walking and jogging.

You'll find a wide variety of housing in Oak Lawn, from high-rise apartments and condos to luxury townhomes and charming duplexes -- some in renovated historic mansions. And while Oak Lawn is separated from Uptown by Turtle Creek, many Oak Lawn residents still claim parts of Uptown as their own. In addition to the Turtle Creek Parkway Park, residents of Oak Lawn enjoy the 46-acre Reverchon Park, which has access to the Katy Trail as well as a playground and a recreation center. Robert E. Lee Park, located along the creek, provides access to the Turtle Creek Trail and is home to Arlington Hall and a statue of Robert E. Lee.

Guests will have access to all common areas of the building including the gym, pool, lounge areas, shared workspaces, dog park, media lounge, grill house, tanning salon, Pet Wash and grooming Station, Poolside Grilling, Resident Spa and lobby, amongst many other wonderful amenities.

Mid-Term Stay Prep:
We are a mid-term housing company, though we occasionally offer short-term stays. If
you’ve booked a short stay at a great rate, we’re happy to host you! However, please note:
 This property is stocked for mid-term stays, so we provide only starter toiletries
(one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and a trash bag).
Please keep this in mind and bring your own toiletries when you come.
Maintenance Access:
 Annual Preventive Maintenance: Some properties have scheduled checks for
smoke detectors, HVAC filters, etc. We will notify you in advance if access is
needed.
 Emergency Maintenance: If urgent repairs are required (e.g., water leaks, electrical
issues) and we cannot reach you within [X] hours, we reserve the right to enter the
unit.
Occupants & Guest Policy:
 The main occupant must be listed on the reservation.
 The reservation must reflect the accurate number of guests and pets.
Mailbox Access:
 Mailbox access is available upon request and is not guaranteed.
 Processing time: It can take up to 24 business hours to be submitted to the
property.
 A refundable key deposit is required (amount: $35). This will be returned when the
key is returned.
Community Guidelines:
 Respect shared spaces & amenities.
 Keep noise levels low during late hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all
residents.
 Dispose of garbage & recycling properly in designated areas to maintain
cleanliness.
