Our home is nestled in a peaceful, quiet residential neighborhood. Please help us keep it that way:
Quiet Hours: Strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Outdoor Noise: Absolutely no music is allowed in the backyard at any time. Please keep outdoor conversations to a respectful volume to respect our neighbors` privacy.

Strict House Rules
No Gatherings: Strictly no parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are allowed. Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.
100% Smoke-Free: Strictly no smoking or vaping of any kind (including tobacco and e-cigarettes) inside the home.
Marijuana Policy: There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for marijuana smoking anywhere on the premises, including both inside the home and outside in the backyard.

Any violations of the above will result in a fine of $250 and constitute a cancellation of the booking with no refund.
We care about our neighbors enjoying quite time after 10 PM and appreciate your cooperation in this regard.

3. Nightly rate: Our nightly rate covers the first 8 guests
Please book with an accurate guest count, the system will provide an accurate quote before the booking is finalized. Any additional guests need to be approved in advance. Please disclose any pets. No more than 2 pets. There is an additional pet fee.

4. Expectations: No drugs or illicit behavior, No smoking, vaping, or marijuana inside the home or in the backyard.

5. Issues: After you check in, if there are any issues with the home, please let the hosts know right away, Issues need to be addressed during the stay. Thank You.

6. House Rules: Violation of the main house rules (noise ordinance violations, unauthorized /excessive guests and/or vehicles parking in front of the neighbor`s homes) can constitute a cancellation of your booking.
