Noise and Neighbors
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially on the patio or outdoor areas.
No parties or events are allowed.

Cleanliness
Keep the space tidy and dispose of trash in designated bins.
Please clean up after yourself and your guests, including pets (if applicable).
Baby and Toddler Amenities: A crib and high-chair are available for use. Please clean and return them to their proper place after use.

Occupancy
Maximum number of guests is as per your booking. Unauthorized guests are not allowed.
Pets are welcome for a fee, but must be pre-approved during booking.

Parking
Free parking is available on-site. Please park in designated areas only.

Safety
Do not tamper with security cameras or smoke detectors.
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Use games gently and return pieces to their boxes after use.
Play in common areas only, and avoid eating or drinking over the games.
Clean up after playing to keep the space tidy.

Pool Table:
Only use the table for playing pool—no sitting, standing, or placing items on it.
Return all balls, cue sticks, and accessories to their place after use.
Keep food and drinks away from the table, and supervise children under 12.
