This is one townhome of a triplex, and you have total privacy. The foyer/landing is shared between all three residences. Beyond your private electronic keyed door is an open concept loft with living room, dinning and kitchen in a vaulted space. The bedrooms, bathroom and laundry are all on the second story. No one is above the bedrooms. This townhome has a private balcony.

The pool area is downstairs at the entrance to the foyer. The pool is shared between a duplex and the townhomes. It is open to the the guests of the homes from 9 AM - 8 PM everyday. There are 4 seating areas to choose from for all the guests that are staying at the home. The pool is intended only for guests staying over night (4 for this home). The pool is limited to 12 total guests and the owners of the home. When you book the use of the pool, you are really booking access to a semi-private resort experience:

The pool is entered by your backyard. You walk out your backdoor, through a gate, and into the shared pool area. The pool is ONLY shared with only two homes, and the owners of the property. When you book the home, you are really booking access to a semi-private resort experience:

1.) The pool is chilled, as well as heated. Since we use advanced environmentally safe technology, we can only adjust the pool by 15 degrees depending on the weather that week. The pool should be comfortable between February and October. *** Please contact us for the expected temperature the week of arrival.***

(We have the ability to guarantee the temperature of the pool but it costs an additional amount)

2.) The pool/resort area is over 5,000 sq feet
3.) There are 7 distinct seating areas that in total can accommodate over 28 people, not including the dinning areas. This means that each households or group can be in privacy unless they want to interact with other guests.
4.) We try to leave out towels for your use
5.) During the busy season you will find a Yeti by the pool with a variety of drinks
6.) We have daily pool service that comes and preps the pool area for use. Every morning the pool area is fresh, and ready for you!
7.) Spotify playlists can be played over the sound system that has 6 speakers and a sub-woofer
7.) The pool is 25,000 gallons. Most apartment complexes are less than 35,000 gallons. Translation: This pool is massive!

The home itself is one unit of a side-by-side duplex, and you have total privacy and a private backyard. You are on the one side of the home with no one else above you.

Foam encapsulation - All exteriors walls have 8" foam so you can be in downtown and not hear downtown
Rockwool insulation... The triple has shared walls. All adjoining walls have dense noise canceling and fire retardant insulation
Instant Hot Water - It takes less than 6 seconds to start a hot shower
Large Walk in closets
Redundant Internet - Both AT&T and Spectrum provide bandwidth

One of the homes has a pianist that "could" play for 45 minutes between the hours of 8 AM and 8 PM. They have a masters in music theory and it is usually very soothing. They currently play about 2 times a week.
