This is definitely my dream house!

This was an incredible stay. The house is in a great location, beautifully designed, specious, quiet environment, spotless warm host with lot of accomodating and they runs it better than most high quality hotels. They has put a lot of thought into giving their guests the best stay possible. The kids love heated pool so much, they never thought they could swim during winter season. Would definitely stay here again.

6/10 – Matig

Positief: Locatie, accuraatheid advertentie
Negatief: Netheid, inchecken
We were disappointed in this home. We had to request access codes as the message was not sent as promised. The floors were gritty, there was hair in the shower pan of the bath across from the laundry room, and the bed linens on the king bed next to the jack and jill bath were not clean. Additionally, the kitchen was the most bare we have ever encountered in a vacation rental, the water dispenser in the refrigerator barely dispensed water, and the ice maker did not work.

The house was exactly as described and pictured. It was the perfect size for our family of 16, giving everyone plenty of space to spread out and enjoy themselves. The kids absolutely loved the pool, while the adults appreciated the comfortable seating areas around it. It was nice to have a shaded place to relax, watch the kids, and stay cool without always being in the water.I can’t say enough about how spacious the home was. When you’re traveling with five families and staying together for four nights, having enough room is essential, and this house delivered. The host was incredibly responsive and answered all of my questions promptly. Their communication and flexibility were truly top-notch. As long as we communicated with them, they extended the same courtesy in return, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.For parking, we were able to fit two vehicles in the rear driveway and two more on the street directly in front of the house. The neighborhood was nice, and the home was very easy to find especially with its distinctive red front door.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book this property again.

Quick review

We were a group of 13, 7 teenage girls and 6 adults. We were in town from Tuesday till Sunday. Check in was easy, host communicated throughout entire stay and was easy to work with. House was perfect for a group this size, had plenty of towels and linens. Pictures are a correct impression of the house, would stay there again .

Listing needs to be updated

Nice property, nice area, but the listing called for room for 6 cars to park, 2 in the front, 2 in the garage, and 2 in front of the garage. The garage is now a bedroom. There was supposed to have been a 5th bed in the converted bedroom, there was not. Other than that it was a great stay it is close to stores if you need anything in a pinch. House is beautiful and is in good shape.

Great for a group, could use some additional amenities

Overall, we had a very good stay. The check-in process was straightforward, the property is nice and clean, the neighborhood is safe and nice to walk/run around. We appreciated that the dining table was big enough to accommodate our group and that the living room had super comfy couches that fit a lot of people. What we were frustrated about, however, was that there were absolutely zero spices/salt/pepper/oil and the kitchen was missing lots of pretty basic equipment, such as a whisk, a full set of measuring cups, a mixing bowl, a cheese grater, a cutting board big enough to cut more than a lime, grill tools…. We ended up going to Target and buying all this stuff and then sending it home with one of the guests who had driven in. I would definitely recommend that the hosts invest in these items - it would take a good property and make it great. In addition, we didn’t find the mattresses very comfortable, though that is pretty subjective.
