'This hotel is fantastic. We’ve stayed once before and loved the playground and pool. We knew we wanted to come back. Requested a ground floor room and got one right next to the pool and playground. Breakfast was great and staff was so friendly. We will be back. '

'Dirty hotel, staff couldn’t be bothered. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Frontdesk told us that that was the new post COVID policy. We asked for clean towels. When we returned after dinner the towels were in the hallway in front of our door, just thrown on the dirty carpet. Coffeemaker at the entrance did not work for almost a day because it needed cleaning. At a certain point we asked the frontdesk. She replied that she would clean it in 10 minutes. Right. It took until the next day....
