'Excellent stay at the Hyatt Centric The Woodlands! The room was modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. One of the biggest advantages was the location. It’s conveniently located near the Cynthia Woods Pavilion, making it perfect for concerts and events without dealing with a long drive afterward. Plenty of restaurants and shopping are within walking distance as well. Highly recommend...

'The accommodations were clean. The linens and bedding were clean. The staff was helpful. The only complaint that I have was they were a little bit chintzy on the coffee and the cups left in the room. Other than that our stay was excellent and great. The continental breakfast was fantastic. This location is beautiful. A lot around the area within walking distance.'

'I did not get to try the breakfast but they had a Starbucks counter by the bar. The coffee was good!the room was clean. I felt safe in the property. '

I had to ask housekeeping twice to get a new one carpets look old and dingy Back table restaurant, the worst service in my mind for a Hilton curio! Breakfast - cold oatmeal I will not stay here again.'

'Tammi at the front desk is amazing. She is so friendly and really cares about her guests. She went out of her way to help my husband and I out when we had an issue with the guest in the room below us. Great location. Highly recommend.'

'Only 1 ceiling light was working. No bed side lamps, so you had to cross the room in the dark to get into bed. Only 3 pillows on a king bed. Hole in the curtains that didn’t close. Only one paper cup in the room for coffee. Breakfast selection was lousy, just bananas and packaged oatmeal cream pies. Front desk staff was nice'
