« Great house, was easily able to accommodate our 9 guests. Host was very responsive and communicative. House is an easy commute to WCU or downtown Sylva.Will look to book again in the future. »

« The cabin does smell musty, which is worse in the kitchen and cabinets. I mention for anyone with mold allergies. This is probably expected since it's a rain forest. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen has great counter space for cooking and prep. We will definitely stay here again. »

« We spent 4 nights with 12 people, but invited others Saturday for a total of 26 at a family get-together. We used most of the property’s amenities: fire pit, hot tub, game room, both kitchens, large back yard and deck, and grill. We did not need to use the movie room, but it looked like a great space. Kitchen appliances were clean and working. Loved the coffee maker that makes full pot or one cup and the stash of coffee. Everything we used worked as it should. The property is well-maintained...
