Welcome to Pleasant Point Rental, a gorgeous waterfront stilt home located in the heart of Crystal River, Fl. Comfortably sleeps 12 with 1 king, 3 queens, 2 fulls, and 2 twin beds. There are 3 beautiful indoor full bathrooms and one outdoor shower. A bedroom & bathroom with 2 queen beds is located downstairs for those who cannont climb stairs. Each bedroom has a beautiful view of the water. Right outside the upstairs kitchen is a beautiful screened in patio with plenty of seating space.

There is a strict NO PARTY/EVENT policy to protect the integrity of the home and respect to our neighborhood.

The downstairs porch is very spacious and includes a large ice machine, a large gas grill, a charcoal grill, corn hole boards, more seating, patio swing and beautiful views of the water. We also provide 1 large paddle board, 1 two person kayak, 3 adult kayaks, splash pad for dock use ONLY, & life jackets. For your extra enjoyment & fun family memories we also provide many different popular board games.

Our community dock is located directly in front of the house where you can park one boat, fish, swim in fresh springs water, or just be entertained by the local wildlife which includes a almost daily visit from our famous manatees, native birds, otters, eagles, owls, fish, and dolphins. In busy months if there is not a spot available on the dock you can launch and pull out your boat each day at the marina next door, which is conveniently only one block away.

We had a very nice stay at Pleasant Point. The kids had fun swimming from the dock, and there's a public park not far with a small freshwater beach. We saw a couple manatees from the dock while swimming, which were a highlight for the kids. We also went scalloping and hit up weeki wachee spring while we were there. The house is very nice and the kitchen is nicely equipped-we cooked most of our meals. The screened porch is huge, but it was too hot to enjoy during our (August) stay. Communication with the owner was very easy. They even let us use the downstairs and the lilypad at the dock for a couple extra hours after checkout even though they had new renters coming the same day. Overall an excellent Vrbo experience.

Beautiful house and nice quiet location with river access and view. Very nice furniture, comfortable bedding and the ice machine was an extra perk that we used quite a bit!! The kitchen was well stocked and had good quality cookware and basic spices. We plan to stay here again :)

Perfect for a large group

We had a family gathering with 8 adults over 3 generations and needed 4 rooms. We planned to swim with the manatees but also wanted room to hang out, watch football playoff games and eat over the weekend. This house was PERFECT! Spacious house with several areas for us to congregate and multiple options inside and out where the 8 of us could gather and not be scrunched. And 4 nice bedrooms for separate time as well. Huge screened porch, nice firepit, lots of kitchen items we used to prepare multiple meals. Whole group could watch the TV in the living room. We will definitely return for another getaway - perhaps during a warmer month when we can enjoy the dock and kayaks provided!

Awesome place

Everything was exactly as the ad read, clean, fully stocked and well taken care of. We used the dock, the boat ramp at the plantation is right around the corner. The extra bedroom downstairs was perfect for the three boys as it gave them some space and us parents, they loved it. The host was very helpful as well.

Exceptional Property

This is a very nice home. We had an extended family vacation with a group of 11 for 3 nights. Everyone had plenty of room, the amenities were top notch, from the appliances, the ice machine, the kayaks, the fire pit, to the extra heavy bath towels, this home had it all. It was extra clean and had all the necessities. We had access to a boat that we docked during the day at the community dock. The dock has limited room, but we always had a spot when needed. Any questions we had were answered promptly. We will plan to return.

BEST VRBO I HAVE EVER STAYED AT

I travel quite a bit and stay at lots of rental properties. This is BY FAR the BEST house I have vacationed at. This house is stocked with everything you could possible need and think of. Not only does it have every gadget and comfort item you can think of, it is also all super high end quality. We literally just needed out own clothes. Sarah our host was the sweetest host I have ever dealt with as well. She is so professional, responsive, gave great suggestions of things to do and has superior taste! We already plan on going back to this house later this year because it is that amazing. The views, the house, the comfort...it is all better than you will even expect! Highly recommend. :)

Great location and a beautiful home!

I stayed for a long weekend with family (twelve in total, from 6 to 65). There was more than enough space for everyone! The home would be a great location for extended family, friends sharing a space, or a girls trip. The property was stunning and contained everything we needed, from pots and pans to extra towels. We thoroughly enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board provided and spent HOURS on the water watching manatees and dolphin swim on the water. The host was incredibly helpful and very responsive when we had questions. The location was only minutes from dining and other attractions and we saw manatee a literally minutes after arriving, right from the dock. We are already planning our next trip.

Beyond Perfect Family Vacation Spot

The property (inside and out) was well kept, well equipped, spacious, and very clean. The host was incredibly responsive. Everything looked exactly like the photos. Favorites: (1) giant screened in porch where we ate, hung out, and played board games, (2) beautiful cove teeming with wildlife, (3) really close to a grocery store and dive shop where we were able to rent wetsuits, (4) quiet neighborhood, (5) up-to-date property with great appliances, awesome showers, spacious common room, large kitchen, and lots of beds, (6) access via kayak to three sisters where there were so many manatee (end of December) plus we were lucky enough to see some right off of the dock at the house. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return for another stay.

Fabulous experience!

The house is lovely and they have thought of everything you might need! We paddled several times and saw dozens of manatee , some even came up to our boards and interacted with us. We enjoyed a fire in the evenings while listening to the nearby owls. Thanks for having us!

Loved this place. Went with seven ladies and everyone had a blast!

There were eight of us ladies total and everyone thought the house, property and river were amazing! The kayaks at the property for us to use were used all three days we were there and we greatly appreciated them! The beds were nice and comfortable and the place was so roomy that we never felt like we were on top of each other. All the amenities were perfect. There was nothing we needed in the house that we couldn't find. Such a wonderful time and we made many great memories there.

Beautiful home!

Thank you for an amazing stay! We like to visit a new place every year and we stay in a lot of VRBO’s. This home exceed all expectations. We were experiencing scalloping for the first time and looking for a place that would accommodate our family. We couldn’t have landed a better home! The house was in the perfect location for scalloping, grocery shopping and the springs. Sarah was extremely responsive and very helpful with any questions we had. The home was absolutely gorgeous and extremely clean. We definitely plan to come back!
