'The hotel has started a badly needed renovation. All was dirty, not working, not available. In steat of redoing floor by floor, they do the whole hotel at once. Evrywhere workers! They should have closed the hotel or at least inform beforehand. Instead the normal price for a very bad hotel. So we were mislead. In fact a total contempt for the guests..'

'Front desk was not aware of customers, did not listen to the previous customer in line and messed up her request several times; which resulted in an extended wait for us to check in. Blind in room would not hold. Parking was inadequate with the shared parking lot.'

'Easy to get to. Pretty quiet for being next to a hospital. Beds were comfortable. Not an option for getting just towels and not having the sheets changed. So I just asked housekeeping for towels and hung the do not disturb sign. Parking in the attached garage was not included. Breakfast was decent. No vending machines and the selection in the lobby was over priced. Better have a streaming service at home to connect to as the tv selection was pitiful. Close enough to the zoo. 'The peoperty was updated but was completely full so using the amenities was not an option. The dining area was super hot and they ran out of breakfast items. The staff during the day was friendly and helpful. The staff at night was not around and the phone was ringing nonstop. The room was nice but they didn't fill the shampoo and bodywash in the bathrooms.'

'Very outdated, damage to walls in hallways/rooms. Carpet stains in rooms. Musty smell. Loud guests in other rooms.'

'The staff was very friendly, breakfast was great for hotel breakfast and we love there our room had a little kitchenette which made bottle cleaning for our baby easy. The pool was nice and warm for a cold rainy day.'

'AC worked well, sink took some muscle to turn on and off, definitely not easy to use! Rooms were very small for the price paid. Area was clean though, older facility for sure. It worked for just a place to rest!'

'The hotel does not look like the pictures at all. Both rooms were dirty. Even when I requested a room change it was still dirty. And the amenities are not as described.'

'The hotel lobby and all areas in general were very nice and modern. The biggest complaint was they had a sign that the room would be cleaned every other day. We had to ask on day 3 to have it cleaned but it was not. We once again had to ask on day 4 to clean it and it finally was. There was very poor follow through on the staff’s part. The breakfast was ok but they did not replace food in a timely manner. Many items were gone as more people were coming. Parking was very convenient.'

'There was a “kiosk “ attendant virtually to check in and fix the room card. We stayed 3 nights and had NO HOUSEKEEPING the entire time. Room key had to be fixed every night. NO STAFF ON SITE! had to wait until the next day to just get a blow dryer that should have been in the room to begin with. No staff is horrible. The Virtual attendant was clearly in another country'
