For little ones, Amazona Zoo and the Cromer Miniature Railway are both 1.5 miles away, while golfers can tee up at the Royal Cromer Golf Club (2 miles). The Georgian market town of Holt, with its array of independent boutiques, is 10 miles away, while the National Trust properties of Felbrigg and Blickling Hall are both within 12 miles.

Enter via an enclosed porch into the lounge, where there’s an array of soft seating as well as a charming window seat – perfect for a cup of tea while you admire the view. Enjoy streaming your favourite shows on the Smart TV and, in cooler weather, you can light the wood burner for additional warmth. When you’re feeling hungry, head to the sleek kitchen/diner, where the cook of the party will find everything they need to rustle up irresistible holiday meals, including a six-burner gas hob. Perch at the breakfast bar with a morning coffee, and enjoy convivial meals together at the generous dining table. There’s even a desk area here in case you need to catch up with any unavoidable admin. The ground-floor wet room is ideal for cleaning off after a day at the beach.
