The newly renovated holiday apartment (4*), offers lots of light and sunshine, and stunning views of Kvarner bay, Adriatic sea and the island of Krk.

Living room doors open to the big balcony where you can sun lounge, eat breakfast, watch sunset or starry night sky and enjoy moonlight shining and reflecting at the surface of the sea.
The apartment has an advantageous position, as it is located close to Podvorska (Lucica) beach and Montys' Dog Beach. Both beaches are clearly visible from the balcony and very suited for families with children as all the amenities such as bars, restaurants, children playgrounds and toilet facilities are nearby.

The apartment is well suited for couples, friends, family with children, and family with a pet. Playground is located directly outside the building as well as surrounding gardens, just perfect for a stroll or to read a book on a bench in the shade of trees. Two groceries shops are conveniently positioned opposite the apartment building.

Decorated in Mediterranean style and is located 200m from the sea, in the small coastal town called Crikvenica (North Croatia, Kvarner, Primorje County).
The apartment is positioned on the second floor (out of three), has a secured entrance and free public street parking. Private parking place is also available upon request (to be paid for).

The apartment (4*) is 70m2 in size and provides accommodation for up to five persons and is pet friendly.

The apartment offers a balcony\w sea view & lounge area, free air-conditioning, free unlimited Wi-Fi, two sizeable bedrooms, a bathroom with an Italian style walk-in shower and a toilet. There is also an additional separate toilet.
Spacious and airy living room is furnished with a large flat-screen Android TV, comfortable sofa and air-condition. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, as well as a kettle, a filter coffee machine, dishes and cutlery.
