'Terrible 0 out of 100. They kept mt deposit cause they smelt cigarette smoke in my room. I went outside all the time, yeah my clothes might of brought in the smell but i didnt smoke in the room grrrrr'

'I did like the location of this hotel. it was right downtown Hamilton. Very near the Jackson Square mall. And it has a (expensive) parking garage. And some of the staff where very nice,polite and helpfull. But that was about it in a positive way. Now for the downsides: They don't accept cash, till you say: I only have cash... A hotel is not a car rental. Hotels should accept cash. Period. There are only 2 elevators for 16 floors. Very long waiting time for the elevators. Imagine when 1 elevator...

'Nice hotel at a convenient location next to the highway exit. Immediate surroundings are nothing interesting. Swimming pool was nice for our morning swim sessions. In the room, i knocked my head multiple times in the shower point. '

'Hotel staff were polite and helpful. My daughter forgot her laptop and they called us right away. Offered to ship to us. Rooms were clean. One of the mattresses was pretty lumpy. Breakfast was decent. It’s just dated, but it’s affordable and perfect for a quick one night stay. '

'The team was incredible. There was an issue with our room and they were quick to find a solution. They also provided two beverage vouchers to use at Isabelle for the inconvenience. Every detail in the rooms was appreciated - including the comfortable bed, pillows, sheets and duvet.'
