« Grace's retreat was awesome!! Comfortable beds, enough seating for all, great deck with view and well equipped kitchen. I hosted a Father's day cook out. We had serving plates, cutting boards, and mixing bowls and enough utensils for all. Terry was awesome when dropping off/picking up the pontoon boat. We had a fun time on the lake and will be returning. »

« When my Wife and I were looking for a mini vacation, my first words were quiet with maybe a little fishing. If you like the sound of birds and the wind rushing through the trees, you have found your happy place. A most excellent choice for couples with perhaps a small family. We must have missed the whiporwhill season. I was hoping to hear them again. The fishing on Smith is always a gamble so prepare to catch a ton or none. The surroundings are top notch! The outside living area was so perfect, and the lake was so relaxing. Perfect set up for kids, teens, or friends. Ample space for everything. So many personal touches. It felt like home. « We had a wonderful time at Emerald Escape. The design and decorating inside and the view outside is great. We had such a good and restful time. The mornings out on the upper and lower level with a cup of coffee were just so refreshing. We also spent some time on the dock swimming and watching all the action on the lake. We definitely used the grill each day cooking steaks, hamburgers, and hotdogs. We just loved the quiet and peace especially in the mornings where so many other popular vacation...

« Family Paradise was the perfect setting for my family to celebrate my dad’s 75th birthday. The house was set on a beautiful cove with breathtaking lake views. We enjoyed the kayaks, slide, and jump platform. We tried to fish , but were never able to catch anything. Shannon was very responsive and able to answer all questions we had leading up to the trip. I would definitely recommend staying at this location, and I hope we can again soon. »

« This is the perfect property for a large family or family and friends. This house has TWO full size kitchens and laundry rooms. One upstairs and another downstairs. The third floor has games such as PAC MAN, and air hockey as well as two double beds that I am sure your children or grandchildren would like to call their space. « This was a Memorial Day to remember! My husband, son and daughter in-law, with two of our youngest grandchildren, really enjoyed staying in this cabin on the lake. The property is deceptively large, many large common area's on two-levels and the entire upstairs dedicated to bedrooms, each with an ensuite. The porch over looking the lake made my entire weekend. Our family loves the quiet dead end road, the game room is perfect for the kids and the large patio is a perfect place to enjoy the shaded view of the kids swimming. « We gathered to celebrate my son’s 23rd birthday. We didn’t need 2 areas for cooking but having the extra space was nice. 3 refrigerators was a plus. It rained at some point on most days but had plenty of games or just chill and read a book. We used the paddle boards and played corn hole too. « This lake house was the perfect place for our family! We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy Smith Lake. We cooked on the Weber grill every day and enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets from the deck. The pontoon boat and water toys were perfect for the teenagers and young adult grandchildren too.
