'A wonderful weekend. Lovely hotel, food fab and staff great!'

'Goede kamer, wel met gedeelde badkamer, wat voor ons geen probleem was. Wel had het wat schoner gekund en het is heel gehorig. Op vrijdagavond waren er veel dronken mensen buiten aan het schreeuwen tot midden in de nacht, gelukkig hadden we oordoppen mee. Er is een keuken, waar je je ontbijt/eten kan klaarmaken met koelkast, dus dat is fijn! '

'Mooi hotel, wel een ouder gebouw, met veel lastige trappen. Restaurant is prima, ontbijt ook prima. Bereikbaarheid met de wagen is lastig.'

'Superb location, metres from the slipway and harbour. Close to costal footpath and walk to Port Gaverne, restaurant, pubs and cafes. Very cosy cottage with wood burner. A few minor things like no fridge light, a few cobwebs but nothing to put anyone off. Well equipped kitchen and rear shared courtyard. I would return! '

'A great starting point to visit Cornwall because the atlactic and southern coast lines as well as the western part of Dartmore National Park are reachable within an our (of so) by car. Jamaica Inn is sometimes crowded and busy probably because all sorts of people visit it, but the real pub fealing is always present. Staff has not got the time to really get in touch with their customers but they are friendly and always ready to answer to your questions. The room was perfect, clean; a 100 %...

'The hotel, staff, restaurant and location are excellent However the rooms facing the lane are extremely noisy... we were woken up at 7.30am by loud truck deliveries and garbage trucks... and late at night, the hotel staff would gather and talk loudly just below the hotel room windows. Also, the hotel has no parking, so you either have to be lucky and get a spot on the street in front of the hotel, or pay to park in the lot up the hill. Other than the noise and parking, everything else was...
