Conveniently located at 1 Douglas road in the heart of cowes...close to the shops and restaurants, this renovated - Circa 1950's style 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house gives a welcoming beach house feel. All furnishings are beautifully appointed to match the unique style of this property. The brand new kitchen is sparkling with with all new appliances. The lounge room features a 40" Plasma TV and DVD player as well as TV's in each bedroom. This property has all the extras as Austar, bar facilities, gazebo, outdoor fireplace, outdoor spa, large rear decking. covered BBQ area - all the luxuries to make your stay one of the most memorable!

There are 4 bedrooms ( Bdrm 1 - Queen, Bdrm 2 - Queen, Bdrm 3 - Queen, Bdrm 4 - 2 Tri-Bunks) 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets.

There is lots to do and see at Phillip Island such as - Phillip Island Nature Park(Penguin Parade), Rhyll Trout & Bush Tucker farm, A Maze'N Things, Phillip Island Chocolate Factory, Churchill Island Heritage farm, Wildlife Coast Cruises, various surf beaches, wineries..........and the list goes on.


Put the car away and walk to the beach 200m away only or the many shops & restaurants 50m away - A great place to check whats happening on Phillip Island is at the visitors centre, and by reading our local paper "The Advertiser ".

A great sized house in a fabulous location (so many ammenities and the beach within easy walking distance) but the house is in desperate need of some significant repairs. The floor in the dining space is actually falling through in some places, the range hood tripped the safety switch and the fan and light on together in the second bathroom made the power flicker. The key safe is also broken. These issues were discussed with the property manager who was receptive to our concerns and has previously brought them to the attention of the owner with no success.

We enjoyed our stay, good facilities & central location, can walk to beach & shops. Due to peak season we couldn't check in until 4pm. Appreciated the supplied dog blankets! Outdoor area is great. The decking, spa & floorboards need some maintenance/updating in parts though though

Family getaway to celebrate a 70th

I had checked day before about check-in and advised I’d receive details 30mins prior to check-in time. I did not receive this and had to contact. Apparently a glitch in the software not telling the manager we were coming. On arrival the house hadn’t been cleaned from previous people and we had to wait 1 1/2 hrs - which was ok but not expected- we were offered an extra night, however couldn’t take it but got a late checkout. Then no hot water and spa was cold so had to contact again. Very accommodating manager. The house is in a prime location and outdoor area amazing for a big group, however all very tired and in need of maintenance to look like the photos advertised. Towels and linen also could be upgraded for the price. A little disappointed however had a lovely time in the outdoor space.

The Deck is awesome!

Great location, walk to everything on Cowes. The spaces were ideal for our group, with both the spa, bar and outdoor entertaining areas getting a solid workout. The host was easy to deal with and check in was easy. Do make sure you recycle according to the notice in the cork board in the kitchen. Everything was great, and we would stay here again.

The owner/ host of this house is fantastic! He is quick to respond and very kind. However, the main issue we had with this place was the spa. Majority of our group left with rashes/ pimples on our bodies. The cleaner for this property is very unprofessional, lacks care and does not answer the phone when you try to call her.
