Hôtel près de Cow Tower (Norwich)

« Proximity to the train station is quite nice and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this hotel because the room itself was not well maintained. There was black mould growing in the shower because it wasn’t properly sealed. I also couldn’t find a pillow that was very comfortable. But the most frustrating part was there was an intermittent and very loud rumbling sound in my room that kept me awake almost the entire night. I turned off my AC but that didn’t stop it. The...

« Lavabo bouché. Matériel très vieillissant Petit déjeuner indigne. Personnel non préparé »

« Excellent value for money nice clean room friendly staff »

« Hôtel tout à fait correct situé près de la gare, dans un quartier calme avec un bon pub et un bon café à proximité. J'ai pu visiter la ville à pied sans problème. Seul bémol : l'oreiller pas terrible, car tout plat. »

« The staff were very kind and helpful. Special (and heartfelt) thanks to Sabina! »

« The place was very accessibly to the city centre. The room was very clean, but some of the decor was a little tired. The bed was so comfortable. Lits of hot water for the shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money »

« The staff were fabulous. Super helpful and kind. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. The included breakfast incredible! »

« Old fashioned property with heaps of charm. Big room and easy check in »

« L'hébergement ressemblait à celui d'une auberge de jeunesse. Il n'y avait pas de salle de bain dans la chambre, ce à quoi nous ne nous attendions pas. Les photos sur hotels.com étaient trompeuses. Par ailleurs, le restaurant situé en dessous était excellent, bien qu'un peu cher. Nous n'y retournerions pas en raison de l'absence de salle de bain privée. »

« Generally clean and presentable good location and warm, bed comfy just noisy - needs a bit of tlc and could be really very good! »

« Clean room albeit old. Checkin was smooth and host was helpful. Minutes from the city centre »

« Rooms are on 2 different levels so very quiet. We stayed in room 2 which was lovely, with tea & coffee etc and very welcome biscuits. No need to bring shower products as they are all provided. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of items (ordered the night before). The fruit salad was fab & I can highly recommend the omelette! My husband had the full English, which he really enjoyed. Offered more tea/coffee & toast. The hosts Jane & Mark were lovely and very helpful regarding the local area...

« The property was excellent for what we wanted with family in the village. Great pub downstairs. The property is in a very rural location, only another pub and a shop »
