Chalets in Covington

'Not the hotel’s staff fault but power went out to portions of hotel. Had no lights in bathroom and they ran out of breakfast. Hotel was clean and pool was good and enjoyable. Hotel should make concessions to refund partial fees when accommodation can’t deliver what is advertised.'

'Very nice entry area. The halls and our room had a musty odor. The sheets did not fit the mattreses properly. So, they kept slipping off upon entering and exiting the bed'

'Very thankful for a pet friendly facility, especially since our dog goes everywhere I go as he is a emotional support dog that I got after my car accident. The facility was clean and pretty much taken care of. It needs some maintenance around the facility as there was holes in the blacktop that could really do some damage to your car if you hit them or twist a ankleif you stepped in them. My room needed the ceiling painted as there was old mold spots above the a/c, our headboard was missing but...
