Très bel hôtel mais les chambres sont très bruyantes, on entend toute la nuit le bruit des chambres voisines. Pour un hotel 5etoiles ce problème est très malvenu

Lovely hotel with great staff. It’s conveniently located for the main lift. The bar is lovely and the breakfast is good but no one should have to pay extra for orange juice or even avocado on toast at a 5 star hotel. The spa is tiny with very little room in the changing room. If there is more than one person it is tight. It is nice though.

World class hotel
Amazing trip, so convenient to get to for the gondola and can keep the skis in the chalet at the top of the mountain so very little walking around carrying skis and walking in ski boots. Service excellent, cleanliness top notch, breakfast and the fish restaurants were superb. Can't fault the hotel. Concierge so polite, front desk lovely, lady who does the turn down service great too. Would love to come again for sure annually!

Disappointing
Tiny Rooms, no service and an overly pretentious restaurant menu. Great location and nice looking hotel but that’s where it stops. There is nothing 5 star about this hotel.

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and always helpful. It is in an excellent location with amazing facilities. The room we had was so wonderful we didn't want to leave. The spa is very relaxing and a treat. We loved this hotel

Wonderful
I can’t say enough about the service at the hotel. The rooms are gorgeous, great bedding. The restaurant is amazing. Super nice breakfast. Our son was sick when we were there and the staff were so helpful coordinating care and doctors visits for us. We loved this place and would stay again!!

One of the best hotel experiences I've had!
Amazing hotel experience start to finish! Location is perfect and the ski butler is a great touch. Service and staff was incredible, probably one of the best I've ever experienced. Spa was great after a long day of ski. Would highly recommend Le Massif and we look forward to returning!

Loistava sijainti. Rauhallinen joskin pieni huone, jossa hyvät yöunet. Reception palvelu ontui kun pyysimme varaamaan pöydän kylän ravintolasta. Eivät kuulemma vastaa hotellista tuleviin soittoihin, koska niin paljon on ollut no-showta. En odottanut tällaista 5 star hotellilta. Aamiaisravintolan tarjonta ja palvelu erinomaista. Valet skiing palvelu hyvä. Hiihtovälineet kuljetettiin rinteessä olevaan lodgeen, jossa säilytyskaappi vierailun ajan. Illallinen Lodgen ravintolassa hieno vaikkakin erikoinen kokemus.

Lots of potential, but no customer service
Beautiful hotel, amazing furnishings, modern, and really close to the gondola that brings you to the ski slopes. Those are the plus spots. Lots to be desired with service however, and sadly shows that just because you have expensive rooms, or plush accommodations, the people/staff are what makes a hotel truly 5 stars. Pretty much always a battle to get anything; food, car, towels, pool reservations, dinner, breakfast, etc. Early check in wasn’t available (sure…) until 4pm and check out was multiple phone calls at 11:01. Plenty of rooms available so it was just to push the guests out; rather strange concept during covid empty times? Oh, and breakfast is 8am to 10am, and it’s a mad rush, with people grabbing whatever they can, with little or no service (waited 20 minutes for them to refill food, and no one asked about coffee etc.). I would probably go back, if the rooms were more reasonable price for what you get, and only because it’s proximity to the slopes.

Hotel bonito, comida boa.. mas serviço ruim. Muitos eram novos e o concierge recomendou 2 restaurantes horriveis dos quais eles nao conheciam pessoalmente(falaram depois). Isso nao pode acontecer num hotel 5 estrelas.

Disappointed
I found the hotel to be overpriced for what was given. Extremely small room and bathroom. The quality of the dinner was good but the portions minuscule.
