'Stayed in the room with a kitchen, which had 2 doors to enter; however one was obstructed. The "kitchen" didn't have working hot water at all. When I notified staff at the desk 2 times, they acted shocked. Based on other reviews this has been reported previously. Wasn't able to check in until after official check in time. 'We loved our room. It was quiet and we were not disturbed by any noise from the hallway, even though we were also right next to the elevator. The AC and heat worked well. Our WiFi connections were good. The bed gave us restful sleep each night we were there. The only disappointments were that our microrefrigerator didn't have a freezer for keep our cooler freezer bags frozen and the coffee maker was carafe style, not Keurig, so we had to preclean it to make tea. The beverage table in the lobby...

'Staff is excellent and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast quality wasn’t that good. Processed food, powdered eggs, cold potato, etc. We had to go to the Egg restaurant to eat healthy breakfast.'
