The accommodation has a beautiful swimming pool and a magnificent central location to discover many Perigord tourist sites. The property also has a games / reception room where you have at your disposal a table football, ping pong table, sofas, darts and bar.

Enjoy long walks on the hiking trails in the surrounding area or organize a comfortable picnic on the shores of Lac du Coucou (6km). 4km from the house you can do your shopping in the supermarket or dine in a local restaurant. Many night markets and flea markets are organized in the surroundings in summer. Local produce markets all year round.

The house is ideally located for exploring the major sites of the department. A few kms away, you can visit the Château de Hautefort (7km), the cave of Tourtoirac (12km), or the famous Lascaux (30km). Less than an hour's drive away, don't miss Les Eyzies de Tayyac, a village known for its troglodyte dwellings and its prehistoric museum (35km), but also the medieval city of Sarlat (40km), Brantôme nicknamed the Venice of Périgord (40km), etc.
