Hôtel Cotton Bayou, Orange Beach

« I stayed at the SpringHill Suites Orange Beach from April 2–5 and was very disappointed. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness was unacceptable. Our first room had stained sheets and duvets, a dirty shower curtain, unswept floors, and residue on the wall near the towel area. Basic items like soap were missing. I attempted to cancel through Expedia, but the hotel declined and instead offered a room change. The next day, I was moved, but the...

« I had an unexpected family emergency and had to check out a day early. No allowance was made and they refused to cancel the bill for my final night's stay. Next time I'm in Foley I will stay elsewhere. »

« The rooms are very comfortable having a nice sitting area with a comfy couch, table, and versatile ottoman’s that you could either sit at a nesting table or prop up your feet on. There are two tv’s in separate rooms too. At the present time, there really is no choice of outside parking, only valet. There are plenty of restaurants and beach access in walking distance from the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. »

« it's a great place to stay- one of my complaints is the elevators are very slow. Also this time, we noticed that the coffee machines have been taken out of the rooms. So if you want coffee, you have to go to lobby and pay for it. »

« This property is immaculate! Bedrooms are HUGE and open space of kitchen and great room is an EXCELLENT gathering area...and at the back of the house - so no outside disturbances. Great location to navigate both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores along with inland communities. Although we had some challenges with the internet; service staff was extremely helpful (over a holiday) and rectified the situation in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend this property. »

« The house was perfect for our group! With a group of teenagers coming with us the game room was a hit. Everything looked great when we got there and was a perfect location for what we were in the area for. (Youth ministry conference over at the Wharf). We really enjoyed ourselves while staying at this house. »
