« Room was excellent, food & drinks were great, staff exceptionally friendly and curteous. Hotel is a little remote, but that's the appeal - 20 min walk into the local town / beach, and 10 minute Tuktuk back up the hill. (Usually LKR 500 - £1.25 or thereabouts) »

« We had a very pleasant stay at Mango Tree Villa. The rooms were clean, the garden and pool area were beautiful, and the staff were extremely kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also enjoyed a homemade Sri Lankan breakfast!
Regarding the comments about the train close to the hotel, it did not bother us at all. There were not many trains, and we actually found it quite fun to watch them pass by.
Overall we highly recommend this place!

« This place is a dream, the domain is so beautiful and well maintained. Room was super nice and well designed. The infinity pool is absolutely magical. Only a couple of things to note, itâs quite remote so tuktuk fees are to be expected (donât book via hotel to avoid paying double) and restaurant serves expensive fusion food only. »

« The hotel is well located a few minutes walk to the beach. The staff are great and attentive to all your needs.
They go the extra mile all the time to ensure your stay is special. Breakfast is excellent with all cusines available.
The NY eve gala dinner had live music, superb food banquet and a beach bbq. Seafood, meat and sushi available. Like a wedding feast. Great fun and well organised. »
