'It's a beautiful property with an amazing beach. Note: There is no kitchen! The listing makes it appear as though there is, but there is not. The fridge is a hotel, or dorm style minifridge and there is no real freezer space. The only appliances are a small combination toaster oven/coffee pot/grill and microwave. If you are planning to prepare your own meals it would be best to bring pre-packaged food or snacks and know that there are no restaurants or grocery stores close by.'

'Hidden gem on the lake. Quiet, clean, comfortable. There’s a market not too far away, but otherwise grab food in your way to the place if you’re getting in late. There’s aren’t a lot of nearby food options. We loved our stay. Worth it for the view out the living room window alone.'

'This basement apartment is well appointed and fun. It was on a quiet street with easy access to downtown Coos Bay and the harbor. Shores Acres (recommended by Ellie) was a complete surprise and very beautiful. Go down Bandon way for sandier beaches. Parking was easy and close. There was enough food to feed a family of four for several days. Many changes occurred before and during our trip and Ellie was always very responsive.
