'Our stay in Brookings was perfect! Patrick was easy to contact, and a genuinely nice person. The property was absolutely stunning. Our room, Suite A, was clean and stocked with everything we needed including things we didn't even think of! The room was quiet and the bed was soft. The location was what blew us away. They also had dogs and so it was difficult to get rest. Every movement upstairs and even talking is heard clearly downstairs so our family was awake while the couple upstairs partied and enjoyed each other's company until 3am. 'THE PLACE IS CLEAN! The views are spectacular. We spent most of the evening and morning watching otters and birds out the giant window looking out to the lake. Very gorgeous place.'

'The property is clean inside, everything you need for a short stay , they have it. Big parking . There are few deer and wild turkey which is fun to watch. Outside grass are kind messy and tall , I’m not sure it’s for the deer to enjoy to eat but I hope they will start to mow because it’s started to crawl by the outside wall.
