« We had a wonderful stay in the Cart Lodge cottage. Location was perfect - easily accessible from the main yet very quiet and secure with plenty of parking. Cottage had everything we needed - including very comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen (we cooked multiple times) and a cozy sitting room. Best feature: the sheep! Loved watching them from the window and feeding them digestive biscuits in the morning. We would definitely stay again. »

« The novelty of staying in a 400 year old property, in an incredible location, right in the middle of Rye, made this the perfect place for a long weekend. Everything needed was right out the front door - museums, castle, pubs, and cafes. The actual house was well laid out with decent furnishings and clean towels, and linens. « Fabulous holiday home, in a great location with fantastic amenities.The house was spotless. We had a lovely vase of flowers on arrival along with tea, Coffee,sugar,milk and some chocolate biscuits.(Maybe would have been nice to have Salt and pepper) We had an amazing stay, the beds were all very comfy. The bathrooms were great too. We were so close to town and were lucky enough to have been there for the festival. I would recommend this house for any large groupsThe town has lots of lovely pubs...
