« Super hôtel ! Services impeccables.

« Very stange problem At the beginning, everything was perfect: the staff, the food and the facilities. However, from the first day, I noticed bites on my wife’s and children’s skin. I could not find an explanation until the third day, when we made a shocking and unpleasant discovery: there were bed bugs in our room. Once we informed the hotel, the team reacted quickly and moved us to another room. I would especially like to thank aizha a, who was very responsive, professional and cooperative...

« This is our second year at this hotel, and we absolutely love it! Everything is perfectly set up for families to enjoy a wonderful vacation. A big thank you to Ihsan and the entire team at the Turquoise restaurant for their kindness, helpfulness, and warm smiles. The staff is incredibly friendly and always attentive. Thank you also to the pool bar servers, and to Kaan, our host, who was responsive and available for every request during our stay. Well done and thank you to the whole team! »
