'I spent 26 days here and absolutely enjoyed it. The apartment was clean. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were hard. But that wasn’t a big deal for me. I could come and go as I wanted. There are no elevators. Also, you may not get the apartment that they show on their Expedia/VRBO ad. They have somebody there 24/7 and are always there to help. It was very nice. I hope I get to stay there again. '

'More than enough room for your entire family. In fact, my family only used 2 rooms. Large kitchen refrigerator. Anything I asked for the management provided. Showers, rooms, and everything is tile. Best tacos ever at El Socio Naiz. Marcado 28 and Mercado 23 are great to buy gifts at good prices. Make sure to visit isla mujeres. Don’t visit any timeshares, 3hrs minimum, 90 min is a lie. Ventura water park is cheep and awesome.'

"The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are cleaned very well every day. The resort is large and incredibly spacious, beautifully green with wildlife. I was a bit disappointed with the food. It could be more varied, in my opinion. There are several swimming pools and a private beach with bars where you can order good drinks. The adjacent Xcaret park is highly recommended for children, but definitely for adults as well."
