'This property is gorgeous, and the staff is fantastic. The free breakfast (which you can also do as room service) was such a nice perk - I will miss the daily fresh-squeezed starfruit juice. We had a fantastic couples massage. I loved that there were several little spaces on the property where you could hang out away from your room. It is a little off the beaten path, but walkable to all of the restaurants and shops. We had a great stay.'

Very close to the beach as well, which itself is very quiet. We had an absolutely amazing stay and I wish we could have stayed more days. 'Our stay for our family of 4 at Aninga Lodge was fantastic. The room was clean and convenient. We spent a lot of time at the pool with the kids, they loved it, especially when the monkeys and toucans were hanging out in the trees. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The only downside we found was the transportation between the hotel and Tortuguero town. There is a boat provided for the hotel every few hours, but it isn't often enough to be convenient.
