Magnifique maison et à quelques pas de la plage! Piscine chaufee!

  • Cette maison de plage de 5 chambres et 4 salles de bains accepte les animaux domestiques, peut accueillir 14 personnes et se trouve à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Grand salon / salle à manger / cuisine avec télévision à écran plat, DVD. Cuisine moderne équipée pour une réunion de famille!
    Le premier étage (avec sa propre entrée privée) a une chambre avec un lit queen, un canapé-lit et sa propre salle de bain. Le deuxième étage a deux chambres avec lits queen dans chacune - qui partagent une salle de bain. Le troisième étage a la chambre principale qui a un lit king, une nouvelle télévision à écran plat, une salle de bain privée et son propre balcon privé! Il y a une chambre à côté du maître qui a un lit queen, un canapé-lit et sa propre salle de bain privée.
    Laveuse / sécheuse sont au deuxième étage. Il y a une magnifique cour clôturée qu'un chiot adorerait! Nos frais pour animaux ne sont que de 10 $ par animal et par nuit. Il y a une belle terrasse avec un barbecue au propane et un magnifique coin salon sous la palapa. Venez profiter de votre propre oasis! Apportez à la maison vos poissons fraîchement nettoyés et faites-les griller pour le dîner! Les clients n'ont pas accès au garage - mais il y a beaucoup de stationnement spacieux dans l'allée (4 à 6 places selon la taille du véhicule).

The house accommodations were excellent. Location was perfect. Pool was perfect. Sleeping arrangements for 16 people were perfect. Only down fall was waiting for check in right at 5pm on Sunday.

We loved the property and our Port A vacation. The rental had everything that a large family needed- separate spaces with a large common area for family dinners. The location was ideal and everyone loved the private pool. We only wish that we had booked it for more days!!! We will definitely be back.

This property was a great space for our large group to enjoy both the beach and the pool. The living area is large and open to the kitchen. The bedrooms are private so one could always retreat from the group for a nice nap. Parking was very adequate, and the outdoor rinse station came in handy.

We had a great stay! House was nice and clean. Private pool was excellent. Loved the location to the beach too. Our only complaint is the bedrooms on the main floor were warm and the grass wasn’t cut so lots of mosquitoes. We bought a fogger and that helped. Thank you for a fun time!

House and location are perfect for a stay at Port Aransas. There is plenty of room and great parking. The only issue we had was notification that checkin was running behind. A simple text would have lessened the frustration. With that said we really enjoyed the house and our time there. We plan on returning next summer. Thanks for sharing your house.

We loved our stay at 616 Sandcastle. We had 13 and the three story property fit our needs perfectly, gave us all our own room and privacy while the 2nd floor common area accommodated everyone for meals and games at the large table which was appreciated. Just a couple of blocks from the beach and the kids loved the pool. Even the maintenance people were helpful when our grandson left his wallet under a mattress. We got to the property just in time before the codes changed and they helped us locate it. Loved that the bottom floor had a separate area so the ones with kiddos had a place for them to rest. Good memories.

House was misrepresented , first floor was not described as being separate from main house , master bedroom had no privacy because door would not close . Pool was not nearly as big as the picture showed . Door hinges were not attached to door facings .

I was impressed with the size of the house, we had more then enough room to accommodate everyone comfortably. The pool area was nice and clean upon arrival, the location of the house was great, the beach is right down the road and you are by the strip so the location was perfect.

Great family vacation accommodation!

Lots of space for our multi generational family to spread out and enjoy. Close to the beach to walk it, but you would have to tear us away from the fantastic private pool in the backyard, which was nicely shaded half of the day. Great house and responsive property management! Would definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed the location with ease for getting to the beach with a golf cart. It was nice to come back and have a pool to enjoy. Having laundry and 4 bathrooms was excellent!!

Very Responsive

My grandaughter (age 3) kept saying, " I love this house!" Great accommodations and very close to the beach which was great. Nice fenced yard for the dog. Some minor issues were promptly taken care of which was impressive. Would recommend.
