Pelican's Place, LCV23, is a spacious beach house featuring comfortable living areas, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 TV's, Wi-Fi and amazing views. It is only a short walk to the soft, sandy beach! The exterior stairs lead to the second/main floor entrance, with an open, private 500 square feet deck, featuring great views of the dunes, Gulf of Mexico and a great place for star gazing! There is even a natural waterway and lagoon near the house for bird-watching enthusiasts.

Sit back and relax on the ample couch seating in the main living room and enjoy watching the 65" Smart TV. The second floor has a complete, well-equipped kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has two sets of bunk beds with a TV, an ideal room for the younger crowd. The other has a queen bed and a private bath. The third level, master bedroom has a king-sized bed, private bath, TV and an awesome, unobstructed view of the Gulf horizon from the private deck.

The first floor is handicap accessible with two queen bedrooms, a full bath and a large washer/dryer, in a separate closet near the entry. The living room includes a 65" Smart TV, dining area and a kitchenette. Outside is a cool, shaded patio with plenty of additional seating and a private shower

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required.
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
