Property mngt was very responsive and communicative! Was a nicely decorated townhome. More suitable for 4 adults, younger teens and small children. Not adequate, comfortable sleeping spaces for 7 adults and two teenage boys as advertised. It lists a double bed and twin bunk beds which is not an acccurate description. Maintenance came to fix the twin over double bunk bed as it was not sturdy (screws not completely tightened) to hold two adults and a teen boy on top. Still not adequate bedding which included a very small loveseat pullout bed that barely fit one adult. Other small maintenance/broken items added up. As I mentioned, property mngt was responsive but washing machine and hair dryer did not work. Suggested re-arrangement of bedding. This is a small living room space for 9 adult sized people. Closeness to the beach was excellent! It has a pickleball court which is not advertised by VRBO but I saw it in a review. It is more of a recreational court for sure yet nice. Outdoor space is well-maintained but has no seating/chairs at all. Two chairs only on third floor scenic overlook, no grill option. This could work for a different family makeup, it just won’t work for us again.
