This coastal getaway backs to Port Aransas wetlands, with plenty of entertaining space so you can catch the ocean breeze and grill out your local catch of the day with the propane grill! Make a trip to the beach more hassle-free by using the wheeled ice chest cooler. (No fish in it please) Rinse off the gulf coast sand with an outdoor shower.

This tastefully decorated island home with a private heated pool sits on stilts and includes a washer & dryer tucked in the hallway and an open floor plan with kitchen and dining open to the living room. Gather together and lounge on the couch, sofa and accent chairs to watch a movie on the large TV. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a pantry, a standard coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Dine at the large table for six and additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The three spacious bedrooms allow plenty of room for multiple families. The Master bedroom (BR1) contains a King bed, nightstands, closet, accent chair and a wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom consists of double granite vanities and a tub/shower. Kids will love sleeping in the guest room (BR2) made up of two Twin over Twin bunk beds, a closet and a wall-mounted TV, great for watching cartoons and movies. The second guest room (BR3) holds a Queen bed, TV and closet. Both guest rooms share a bath in the hallway with a vanity and tub/shower. You will love to sit on this shaded balcony and enjoy the sea breeze. Cool off in the private pool or rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Tangerine Dream is centrally located to downtown shops, restaurants and nightlife. It is a short walk or a fun golf cart ride to the beach. *No Long Term Rentals*
