This condo is perfectly located for beach-goers, boating enthusiasts, and relaxation as it sits less than two blocks from Whitecap Beach and is a short drive from three different public boat ramps (including one at Packery Channel). You'll find several great restaurants within short walking distance of the condo. Less than a five-minute drive will take you to cafes, live music, and more. Approximately 20 miles inland, you can tour the Selena Museum, the Art Museum of South Texas, the USS Lexington, and the Corpus Christi Museum of Science & History.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
