  • Surf House - Dit charmante nieuwbouw strandhuis ligt in het hart van Port Aransas en op korte loopafstand van het strand. Huis is een gelijkvloers verhaal op de begane grond, dus er zijn geen trappen te beklimmen. Gunstig gelegen in "oude stad" Port Aransas dicht bij vele attracties die Port A te bieden heeft, waaronder het strand, de jachthaven, winkels en restaurants.

    Ons huis slaapt comfortabel 8 gasten, maar is geschikt voor maximaal 9 gasten met 2 grote slaapkamers, 2 gewone slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Het huis kan worden verdeeld in twee afzonderlijke woonruimtes met aparte ingangen voor uw gemak. Huis is perfect voor meerdere koppels, kleine groepen en gezinnen. De twee grote slaapkamers zijn voorzien van premium kingsize bedden met aangesloten masterbaden. De twee extra slaapkamers zijn voorzien van 2 stapelbedden (onderschuifbed).

    We beschikken over alle gemakken van thuis, waaronder een volledig uitgeruste keuken met alle nieuwe apparaten, slager blok aanrechtbladen met 4 barkrukken, eetkamer en tafel, wasmachine / droger, nieuwe meubels in heel, satelliet-televisies, DSL / draadloze verbinding, parkeren plekken voor 4 auto's op oprit en een eigen terras en omheind in de achtertuin met BBQ pit.

    We kijken ernaar uit u te verwelkomen in uw thuis weg van huis tijdens een bezoek aan het prachtige Port Aransas.

Wonderful property! This home is so much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Perfect for our family. Open spaces and everything we needed. One of the best we've stayed at in Port A. We will definitely be staying again.

Family getaway favorite

This was our second time staying at the Surf House. We love that it has all the comforts of home, plenty of room for the five of us to relax, cook, play games, watch movies, and head right down the road the beach. The neighborhood is quiet. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked. We look forward to staying here again.

This home is perfectly laid out no matter your situation or needs. Plenty of room and everything was very clean. I would absolutely suggest staying here and for myself, I will stay here again!

Port Aransas beach vacation

We were all very pleased with our stay at the house. It was very clean and accommodating. The house was centrally located close to both the beach and downtown Port Aransas. We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a vacation rental in the Port Aransas area.

Quiet and quaint

It isn't on the beach, but that is what made it perfect for us. I was with my parents, and we wanted to enjoy the beach (Sandfest) during the day but quiet at night. This location is exactly as advertised, and Walter is available when needed. Will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed this house very much. It’s roomy everything is new. The massage chair and fooseball table were a big hit with the fam. Super close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants!

Great Stay

House was very nice. The master bath had a big shower. It was great for the 4 of us plus my brother. Everyone had there own beds and room. The house is close to everything in town. Great stay!

Awesome property-owner quickly responds to questions. Fair price point for the area. Close enough to the beach and restaurants to be convenient but on a fairly quiet street so as to able to get a good nights sleep.

Port A Trip

This home was roomy and clean and a perfect place for teens. The home had plenty of space to put the teens in different areas of the house to have their own space. It had great spaces for watching Tv in multiple areas of the home. The backyard was spacious as well.

Great location, quiet backyard, nice stay

Hi we celebrated Christmas here. Walter was awesome, very responsive, the place was clean and accommodated two families nicely. Most of the properties in Port A have many steps and no elevator, that won't work for us. This was perfect for what we needed.

Great House

We are a group of 6 women who take an annual trip together to Port Aransas. This year was our 5th trip and this was our favorite house that we’ve rented. The house was very clean and exactly as advertised. Great communication with the home owner and we hope our dates will be available next year. Thanks for everything. Everything we needed

This was a perfectly comfortable home away from home. The thoughtful hosts really though of everything we might need. We enjoyed cooking meals in the well-appointed kitchen. The bathrooms were luxurious. One of them has a shower head in the ceiling and a river rock floor. I am sad that this place is already booked up on the dates when I wanted to go back next year. I am looking for different dates just so we can stay in this same house.

Winter in Port A

Surf House is a perfect house for two couples because the bedroom and bathroom set up is perfect for each couple. I am sure that kids would be comfortable as well but we just had adults. It is a 15 minute walk to the beach which we did each morning and evening. It is close to most everything in Port A. Walter, the owner, is the most responsive host we have ever encountered. We have rented many houses but Walter is THE BEST.

Wonderful place

The home was well stocked, very clean, beds were super comfortable. It was in a perfect location close by everything and just minutes from the beach. The host was very responsive. I reached out asking if they had a charcoal BBQ pit because we didn’t like gas. He promptly brought one over but not only brought the pit, he also brought charcoal and lighter fluid. It was much appreciated. We would definitely stay again.

Ants and dirty air conditioner filter.

Ceiling air filter in main den room was filthy. It looked like it had not been changed in 6 months. Ants kept coming in through the front door and traveled to the kitchen bar - probably because of the extreme heat and drought.
