Homeowner never sent keys supposedly due to a typhoon in the Philippines, but it left us standing around, trying to figure out where we’re going to stay in the middle of our vacation.vrbo stepped up and reimbursed my money for original booking and also paid for us to rebook another property costing us nothing for lodging for four days. I’d say these people stepped up and I would highly recommend anybody using this app to do it feeling safe that these people are going to take care of you if something like this happens. Extremely happy with.vrbo
