It was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, (in both here and their sister property, Chester court hotel, next door), and the included breakfasts were excellent. 'Hôtel très bien situé, facilement accessible de la gare ou de la gare routière. Le centre ville n'est pas très loin non plus, les balades le long du canal sont plutôt agréables. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour un séjour à Chester.'

'I had a lovely 6 night stay at the Indigo Hotel. My room was clean with very comfortable beds. The bathroom was large and had a wonderful spa shower with full size toiletries and a robe & slippers upon request. The complimentary snacks were great! My room was a bit cold and I was unable to adjust the heat. I did ask about it and was told it would be adjusted, but did not notice a difference and just wore more clothes at night. Overall it was a very comfortable stay and I would love to stay there...

'Lovely room, quiet, clean. We were a bit worried when we saw the hotel was on such a busy street, but once we were in our room, we heard absolutely nothing from all the noise outside. Also, a special shout out to receptionist Cassie, she is an absolute gem. She made us feel extremely welcome and our daughter was totally smitten by her. All of the staff made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back!'

'Donderdag 19 april 2018 ingecheckt. We konden nog niet in de kamer, dus de stad in gegaan. 's Avonds bij terugkomst konden we in onze kamer en ik zakte in elkaar van ellende. De lobby was het enige wat er netjes uitzag. De rest is oud en onwijs vies. De vloerbedekking zag eruit alsof het al decennia lag en alsof er al tijden niet was stof gezogen en dan heb ik het nog niet over de enorme vieze vlekken die al in de vloerbedekking zaten. Op de lobby na, kon ik niets vinden (en door onze onvrede...
