'Everything was top notch! The staff was exceptional, especially the GM who we had the pleasure of meeting upon check in. He was an absolute delight and went out of his way to make sure we had an incredible stay. As a brand new hotel I expected a few glitches but everything ran seamlessly. I've been going to Coronado my whole life and stayed at many of the island's hotels but this one was hands down my favorite yet. We will definitely be back!'

'We enjoyed our stay! Coronado has a small town feel, it’s walkable, the beach is spacious, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars in town. It’s just a short ride to other attractions in San Diego. Cherokee Lodge is comfortable and affordable. They have beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and toys available to borrow. 'Great location! They have a few bicycles to go to the beach. The neighbourhood has some fine restaurants. You can walk to the ferry that brings you into the Gaslamp district. Unfortunately the price for this 3 minute cross-over is priced a 8 US$ single journey. '
