'The property was very quiet and ideally located as advertise. Be advised that there are steep stairs to carry your suitcases. The placement of air conditioners could be improved. And the cleanliness of the pillows, and comfort of the mattresses could be greatly improved. It was a nice surprise to have an Nespresso machine and capsules. And it worked out just fine for our one night stay during a family wedding at the Sayville resort.'

'Adorable cottage in a perfect location to walk into West Hampton town and the beaches. Easy check-in with great communication. Plenty of amenities, including bikes, beach chairs, towels, and all you need to have a BBQ. Peaceful backyard - perfect to relax and read or enjoy an outside BBQ with family. I was with 2 girls friends and it was great for our needs.'

'The house is plenty big enough for our family with multiple sleeping options. The outside was a huge addition to our big group with kids. If we ever need to come back to this area, this will be the first place I look for.'

'Overall this place was fine but it felt a bit unfinished in some ways. For example, there are large pieces of art just leaning against the walls, as if they were going to be put up or taken down, but had just been left there. Also, several of the drawers in the kitchen were broken or breaking. Although it looks like they are in the middle of remodeling or replacing some pieces of the kitchen. Beds were OK, although all of the sheets smelled so strongly of scented laundry detergent that is...

'This property is beautiful and the host was very responsive. We were in town for a funeral so unfortunately wasnt able to enjoy the house as much as I would have liked to. The view is breathtaking, we saw deer, wild turkeys, swans and more. I would suggest kids 8 would be better suited. I had to chase my little around to ensure they weren't touching or playing with any of the decorations. Plenty of bathrooms and counter space. No cell reception but the Wi-Fi worked throughout the whole home....

'The house was clean and in a perfect location for us with less than a two minute walk to the beach. The house owner was extremely helpful with any questions that we had and super prompt in responding. '

'Upon arrival, there was a notice of non payment of almost 4000 from the electric company on the door so I was concerned I would lose electric. The grounds seemedover grown and unkept. There was no TV, no hot water in the kitchen with a brokenhot water knob which would have needed a wrench. Although it had in room air conditioners vented outside, they were taped in place with open air coming inside. One of the open areas actually had live tree vines coming inside which I pulled out.
