'Expedia is the issue. Cost me a ton of money as service back to airport didn’t come on the right day because Expedia is incompetent. Called 4 times to get it right and still wrong. Never book a package deal with Expedia. They can not handle any issue correctly. I am done with them for life'

'Bij aankomst gingen we uit van de geboekte kamer met tuinzicht. Vanaf het balkon keek je op een blinde muur en alleen schuin zag je de tuin. Dit werd wel hersteld met een andere kamer, maar het was nog een halve oplossing als gevolg van een drukke bezetting. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk. De maaltijden zijn uitstekend. 'It was hard to leave Hideaway! I had a few hickups and staff were very responsive. One was an airconditioner that broke down, the staff quickly moved me to another similar seaside bure. The other was on my second visit when I had left an major electronic device behind in my hotel in Suva. Staff at Hideaway jumped in to contact the hotel in Suva, ensure the item would be transferred to Hideaway the same day. That was a huge relief. all in all, I would recommend Hideaway and I would stay there...

'A perfect stay at this beautiful resort. The staff was exceptional, the dining/food options were great for a weeklong stay. We had a Club Level room, which gave us access to free breakfasts, high tea and happy hour appetizers daily - the BEST! 'Good spot on quiet road. Beach & snorkeling across the road. Rooms good size. The pool is nice and food at the restaurant is good. Breakfast is basic. But easy walk to a few cafes etc. It is good value for money place to stay.'
