'Beautiful surroundings, nice rooms and great amenities. Only remark would be the additional fees that are charged for all the amenities. We prefer this to be part of the room price upfront. '

'My favorite place to stay in frisco'

'Rooms are okay, bit noisy though.'

'This hotel was as expected for a residence inn, clean, nice rooms, updated, quiet. Breakfast was very simple. The only complaint was $40 for parking, a huge rip off and should have been included in the room, based on location.'

'Good Location, friendly staff, great breakfast.'

'We had a pleasant stay during our anniversary trip. I hadn’t realized the hotel was pet-friendly, but the front desk staff kindly found us a room where no pets had stayed for the past couple of months. We had originally booked a room with two queen beds due to availability, but when they learned we were celebrating our anniversary, they arranged a room with a king bed, which we really appreciated. Breakfast wasn’t included, but it was available at the hotel at a very reasonable price. Thank you...

'Honestly one of the best experiences! The staff were above amazing! Lovely view of the mountains and great location! Super elegant hotel! Highly recommend! Location is PERFECTION!'

'A gem very close ( walking distance) to downtown Breckenridge. Neat, nice lounge where you can fix your own breakfast (none is provided, but plates, cups and glasses and outmeal and hot water are provided). Nice balcony with a view on the mountains and supersize kingsize bed. A perfect stay!'

'A gem!! Truly the best! Highly recommend'

'Was so spacious and cozy and the lakefront view was breathtaking. Pet friendly room was so nice for us as well.'

'Perfect hotel'
